NGĀTI KĀPO O AOTEAROA INC.
CONSTITUTION
1. Te Ingoa - Name
The name of the organization shall be Ngāti Kāpo O Aotearoa Incorporated (Inc.) (“The Society”)
2. Te Tari - Office
The registered office of Ngāti Kāpo O Aotearoa Inc. will be at such address that Te Tumuaki may decide.
3. Nga Huarahi - Aims and Purposes
Ngāti Kāpo O Aotearoa Inc. aims to:
(a) Uphold nga Tino Rangatiratanga of Tangata.
(b) Provide, or enable the provision of support, training or services, which are of economic, social and cultural benefit.
(c) Advocate for resources and services to meet the needs of Tangata.
(d) Promote awareness of the needs of Tangata amongst Iwi and Tauiwi.
(e) Link with other Tangata Whenua and people of Te Moananui-a-kiwa.
